 Namaste! Welcome to Anadi Anant

Anadi Anant is a Yoga and Meditation Centre dedicated to the teaching of India's age-old philosophy of Yoga and its time-honoured tradition of meditation.

In Yoga, science and religion, body and mind, matter and spirit, are seen not as contending opposites but as inextricably interrelated.

Yoga enables us to create for ourselves spiritually harmonious lives, and to contribute to a more compassionate and peaceful world.

Yoga and meditation help us to find peace in our hectic daily lifestyles and to realise that health is a spiritual matter, just as spirituality is a form of fitness.

 Anant Yoga and Meditation

Anant Yoga and meditation classes are held daily on a one-to-one basis. Each Yoga session is carefully prepared according to Ayurvedic constitution, body type, ability, and the individual requirements of the student. Occasional workshops and group sessions are also available.

Mrs.Mishra introduced Anant Yoga to the UK when she came here from her native India to establish Anadi Anant in 1991.

This form of yoga is one that she has practised throughout her life. Based upon the teachings of Patanjali it has been handed down from generation to generation.

The main Centre for Anant Yoga is at the Anadi Anant Vidya Kendra in Allahabad, India.

"That word which all the Vedas declare, which all the austerities proclaim, for which people live the life of a religious student, that word, I wil tell you, in brief. That is Aum."
