Anadi Anant
Mrs. Mishra was born in Allahabad, famous for its University and also for its Kumbha-mela, the foremost pilgrimage attraction of India.

The Kumbha-mela is like a "Yogi Convention", where yogis, sadhus (saints), holy people, and pilgrims, gather in their millions from all over India.

As well as her formal training within an orthodox Brahmin family, Mrs. Mishra also acquired much of her knowledge and experience from attending these "melas".

Each year in January/February Mrs. Mishra  attended the melas, spending one month camped with her family by the side of the river Ganga, surrounded by all the scholars and holy men of India.

Customer testimonials

"My interest and study of Yoga goes back to 1971. But it is only since I began to study with Mrs. Mishra that I have realised just how superficial my previous understanding of the science of yoga had been. In more than twenty years I had barely scratched the surface. "

"Many thanks for all your support and guidance.... I, like many others I suppose, had a specific image of what yoga is all about - now I know that yoga is for all. I have begun to learn the benefits and feel a lot better...... I know there is a lot more to learn. I look forward to my further teachings."
